Pokemon Concierge, the highly anticipated stop-motion series by Netflix, has officially announced its release window in December 2023. To build anticipation, a new teaser has been released featuring fan-favorite Pokemon, Psyduck and Lampent.
In the teaser, we are introduced to Haru, a young Pokemon concierge who works at an extravagant Pokemon resort. While the clip doesn’t reveal much, it does show Haru working at the front desk with a Psyduck, giving viewers a glimpse into the world of this unique series.

During the teaser, the characters witness a mysterious Lampent flying across the lobby. Although they appear concerned, they quickly return to their cheerful demeanor as if nothing serious had occurred.
Pokemon Concierge distinguishes itself as a fresh, original story created in collaboration with dwarf studio, known for their exceptional work in animation, including popular projects like Monsters at Work and Trash Truck.
Netflix has also provided a behind-the-scenes video featuring Non, the voice actor for Haru, giving viewers an exclusive tour of dwarf studio. The video not only showcases more Pokemon that will appear in the series but also highlights the creative process behind bringing this captivating show to life.
Pokemon Concierge holds a special place as one of the first new Pokemon series after the conclusion of Ash Ketchum’s journey in the original anime. It will join forces with Pokemon Horizons, the new anime featuring dual protagonists Liko and Roy, as well as Friede and Captain Pikachu, among others.
