Xiaomi Provides Free Upgrade to Xiaomi 12 Pro for Customers of Mi 11 Ultra Experiencing Wi-Fi Problems

Xiaomi has announced a special deal for Mi 11 Ultra users experiencing Wi-Fi problems, offering a free upgrade to the Xiaomi 12 Pro. In addition, users can pay an additional Rs. 30,000 to upgrade to the brand-new Xiaomi 13 Pro. The offer comes after the company extended the warranty for the Mi 11 Ultra and other smartphones by two years, following concerns over camera and motherboard malfunctions. The promotion is specifically aimed at those experiencing Wi-Fi issues, and Xiaomi India President Muralikrishna B has provided full refunds to customers who have already paid for the Xiaomi 12 Pro due to Wi-Fi problems.

The Mi 11 Ultra boasts a 6.81-inch WQHD+ E4 AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,440×3,200 pixels, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC with Adreno 660 GPU, 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB of UFS 3.1 inbuilt storage. This is coupled with a triple rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 48-megapixel telephoto lens. The device also features a 20-megapixel selfie camera and a 5,000mAh battery that supports both wired and wireless charging.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro comes with a 6.72-inch WQHD+ E5 AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 inbuilt storage. Additionally, it has a 32-megapixel selfie camera sensor and a 4,600mAh battery that supports fast wired charging and wireless charging.

The device also features a triple rear camera with a 50-megapixel 1-inch Sony IMX989 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel floating telephoto sensor, and a 50-megapixel wide-angle sensor.
