Live: Three customers hit with mass outage as hundreds left without signal and internet

Hundreds of Three customers across Bristol have been left furious after the mobile network suffered a major outage this evening (Friday, September 9). Three network is currently suffering a widespread outage which has left customers without internet or mobile signal.


According to DownDetector, customers in Bristol first started to report issues with the network at 2pm. The number of issues then spiked dramatically just before 4pm this afternoon.



Taking to social media to address the issue, Three wrote: “We are aware some of our customers are experiencing network disruption. Our engineers are working to fix the issue as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

Have just had a spinning wheel of death on my phone for about 20 mins not able to do anything. Have managed to connect to Wifi again but that’s it
