Is Donald Trump Still Interested in Joe Rogan? Speculations of a Podcast Invite Brewing

Reports have emerged that Donald Trump is still eager to have a sit-down conversation with Joe Rogan. Given the current state of affairs, it wouldn’t be surprising if this meeting actually takes place.

We’re unsure of the particular allure that Joe Rogan holds for Donald Trump, but according to The Daily Beast, Trump has been keen on reaching Rogan’s podcast audience for some time, regardless of Rogan’s lack of interest. Earlier this year, on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Rogan referred to Trump as the “morons’ king,” hardly an endorsement. Despite this, Rogan hasn’t been immune to requests from Trump’s team. However, it was a handshake between the two at a recent Las Vegas UFC event that appears to have reignited Trump’s desire for a Rogan interview. An advisor commented, “The mere discussion of Donald Trump on a blockbuster podcast like Joe Rogan builds a remarkable audience. Perhaps the only person bigger in the new media world than Joe Rogan is Donald Trump, and the whole idea that the two of them would be together at long last—it would be an incredible audience.”

Recently, Rogan reaffirmed his lack of support for Trump, stating, “I’m not a Trump supporter in any way, shape, or form. I’ve had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once. I’ve said no every time. I don’t want to help him. I’m not interested in helping him.” Despite this, Trump remains undeterred. Advisors suggest that Trump values non-politicians’ criticism, and Rogan’s mild criticism has more weight for him than the flattery from politicians. It’s anticipated that a conversation between Trump and Rogan would attract a massive audience, given the popularity of both individuals.

Would Rogan agree to the interview? Quite possibly. After all, if he’s willing to provide a platform for Robert F. Kennedy Jr., it shows that he doesn’t uphold strict standards. With approximately 11 million listeners, the Joe Rogan Experience podcast offers a substantial fanbase for Trump to tap into. Another advisor mentioned, “The president listens to Rogan. I don’t think the president takes Rogan’s criticism personally, and really, in the end, Donald Trump would listen to a non-politician with some mild criticism more than a politician that kisses his ass.” For Rogan, this interview could potentially generate record-breaking podcast numbers and strengthen his position during contract negotiations. Now, if only Trump could get Rogan to respond to his call or text – perhaps a response to a note passed during fifth period PE in school?
