Upcoming London Mod Set to Release in Q4 2023 Seeks to Steer Clear of Starfield Clash

Breaking New Ground: Fallout: London Mod Set to Amaze

The highly anticipated fan-made mod, Fallout: London, promises to deliver an extraordinary experience for Fallout 4 enthusiasts. Venturing across the Atlantic to the bustling streets of the English capital, this ambitious project is steadily nearing its much-awaited launch.

In a captivating progress video shared on YouTube, the talented modding team unveiled even more captivating features of Fallout: London. Lead 3D artist Kordan “SunnyDelight” Albon showcased a remarkable trebuchet, complete with stunning animations. Although some final touches are still required on this colossal siege weapon, viewers could witness it in action as it launched a projectile towards the iconic Big Ben.

Not stopping at that, the video also showcased a glimpse of royal grandeur. The regalia used during King Charles III’s coronation, including the 17th-century orb and the crown of St. Edwards, have been meticulously recreated. However, it is the addition of the splendid scepter, adorned in gold and exuding importance, that caught the attention. This refined item can also serve as a formidable blunt weapon within the mod.

Aiming for Success: Release Date Confirmed

Now, the most crucial piece of information: the release date. Project lead Dean “Prilladog” Carter has announced that Fallout: London is targeting a launch in the fourth quarter of 2023. This deliberate decision to postpone the release was influenced by another highly anticipated game—Starfield, developed by Bethesda. To avoid direct competition, the modding team carefully chose a later launch period. Communication of the exact date is pending, but it is reassuring to know that the team is driven by a clear objective.

In the meantime, keep yourself updated by visiting the official Fallout: London website. The mod will be compatible with PC and will require a copy of Fallout 4.
