Dragon Ball Super Card Game unveils two new Super Saiyan-themed cards from its latest expansion, Wild Resurgence, featuring SS Trunks & SS Vegeta.
Bandai has released the latest expansion for the Dragon Ball Super Card Game. Initially believed to be titled “Zenkai Series – Resurgence,” it was later confirmed that the official title is “Zenkai Series – Wild Resurgence.” This expansion is the fourth in the Zenkai Series and the 21st main series set for the Dragon Ball Super Card Game. Notably, this set includes a God Rare card for the first time since September 2022’s “Dawn of the Z-Legends” expansion, featuring Bardock GDR. The Wild Resurgence expansion explores various themes, including the Golden Frieza Saga from Dragon Ball Super, the Z-era movie “Dead Zone” featuring Garlic Jr., the Baby Saga from GT, and The Cell Games. Today, we reveal two new cards from Zenkai Series – Wild Resurgence.
Introducing SS Trunks, Mysterious Future Warrior, and SS Vegeta, Arrogance. Trunks’ card showcases his underrated appearance and his dedication to the Saiyan armor, a homage to his father, Vegeta. On the other hand, Vegeta’s card reflects his Saiyan pride, which played a significant role during this arc. His arrogance ultimately led to the creation of a major crisis when he allowed Cell to achieve his Perfect form, a decision he later regretted.
