Tired of the MCU Hate? Fans Are Instead Debating Which MCU Villain Is the Most Fashionable

Let’s be honest, the MCU hasn’t been at its best in the past year or two. Recent films and television series have received low scores and haven’t impressed audiences. However, let’s take a moment to appreciate one aspect of the MCU that consistently delivers, the villains.

Villains always have a captivating quality that draws us in. Whether it’s their charm, determination, confidence, or sinister smile, there’s something undeniably appealing about them. Another aspect in which villains excel is their sense of style. They know how to dress for the occasion, exuding power, wealth, and often a hint of sensuality.

The MCU boasts a wide variety of villains, albeit many of them don’t stick around for long. It’s a shame that they often meet their demise quickly. We have had some recurring villains like Thanos and Loki (although Loki has blurred the lines between hero and villain). Yet, many other adversaries only get one film to make an impact before disappearing for good. A Reddit thread has sparked a discussion on which of these villains has the most impressive style, with Wenwu from Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings receiving praise.

It’s no surprise that Wenwu commands attention with his refined style and wealth accumulated over centuries. However, every fan has their personal favorite.

Zemo showcased his style credentials in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier with his long coat and fur collar.

Not only did Zemo have style, but his overall demeanor was suave and composed.

When it comes to favorite villain turned hero (well, somewhat, considering the many lives he took), many people choose Michael B. Jordan’s Killmonger.

Prior to the release of Namor’s images, the online buzz surrounding his character was palpable. He exuded power, strength, and a hint of menace.

One user couldn’t resist making a joke about this, and we can’t help but approve.

Among the few female villains in the MCU, one stood out as the most stylish and arguably the most powerful: Cate Blanchett’s character in the green suit that conjured swords out of thin air.

We mustn’t forget to mention the Grandmaster and his brother, The Collector, who both have a strong appreciation for aesthetics.

It’s hard not to admire villains, even if we despise their values and methods. We can’t help but think, at least they do it in style.
