Dragon Ball Super Card Game is dedicating the Red-colored section of its upcoming expansion, Critical Blow, to Super Hero characters.
Bandai has officially announced the name of the next expansion for the Dragon Ball Super Card Game. This highly anticipated set is titled Zenkai Series – Critical Blow. Serving as the fifth expansion in the Zenkai Series and the 22nd main series set, it introduces a new God Rare card. This marks the fourth God Rare card in the hobby, following Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta from Realm of the Gods, Bardock from Rise of the Z-Legends, and Son Goku from Wild Resurgence. The Critical Blow expansion features various themes, including the Z-era Broly movies (Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan, Broly – Second Coming, and Bio-Broly) and DBS: Super Hero. Today, we are thrilled to showcase two key villains from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. The cards feature Gamma 1 and Gamma 2, who are well-known antagonists but were ultimately swayed to the side of heroes due to their programming and admiration for superheroes. On the other hand, Magneta, the son of Commander Red from the Red Ribbon army, is a true villain. He enlisted the help of Dr. Hedo to create the two Gamma androids and Cell Max. Despite Hedo’s objections to completing Cell Max, Magneta insisted and unleashed this uncontrollable monster as his final act in the film.
