Atlantic.Net expands international footprint with new Singapore region, ETCIO SEA

Atlantic.Net, a leading cloud hosting solutions provider, today announced the opening of its Singapore cloud region in the world’s fastest-growing Asian market.

This region’s opening comes at a pivotal moment as the Singapore government increases investments in cloud computing, including its Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) service that makes it easier for public sector agencies to manage and secure their use of public cloud services from companies like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.

“We’re excited to continue expanding our footprint globally, especially in a location that has proven its commitment to cloud through high-dollar investments and attracted the attention of leading cloud-based companies,” said Marty Puranik, CEO, and founder of Atlantic.Net. “The world is becoming even more connected with each passing day, especially as cloud computing investments increase. This expansion into Singapore will allow the Atlantic.Net team to further support partners in a blossoming region.”

Atlantic.Net specialises in an array of hosting services including on-demand and turnkey cloud, dedicated hosts, dedicated servers, colocation, private virtualisation, and managed hosting. In addition to Singapore, the company provides scalable computing from seven secure, data centers worldwide including New York, London, San Francisco, Toronto, Dallas, Ashburn, and Orlando, each engineered to provide fault-tolerant and ultra-fast performance.

All new customers will receive a free cloud server for a year, including 2GB RAM, 50 GB SSD disk, and 3TB monthly transfer. Atlantic.Net is also offering a $250 free credit to new customers who sign up for its cloud platform which can be used for up to 60 days.

As cloud continues to be top of mind for both the Singapore government and businesses, Atlantic.Net is happy to be among the top cloud providers in the region.
