The spike began just after 5 pm and has yet to subside.
Verizon Support is working on the outage
Verizon Support told a customer on X, formerly Twitter: “Hi! Thank you for reaching out to us. We had some difficult outage issues.
“For our fortune, we have our best team working on it right away. Thank you for your patience! We know it is tough. Don’t hesitate to DM us to check out anything. We are here with you 24/7.”
