When Ciri wakes up, she finds herself surrounded by strangers who claim that she is the one someone has been searching for. Meanwhile, Jaskier learns of Ciri’s perilous situation and the fact that she has been traded to Nilfgaard. He informs Geralt, who is on the verge of death, but must now muster the strength to rescue his daughter.
