The Stanley Hotel Athens, a historic 4-star hotel in the heart of the Greek capital, has upgraded its internet infrastructure, ensuring high-speed Wi-Fi for its guests.
According to an announcement by the hotel’s management, the upgrade was undertaken by cybersecurity company Fortinet in collaboration with technology equipment company MSS Electronics. The two companies provided the hotel with fast, reliable, and secure internet access through new wireless and wired networks, including VM firewalls, switches, and access points.
“The implementation of this network upgrade ensures The Stanley delivers high performance and meets the demands of its guests by providing security and easy management to the hotel,” management said.
The Stanley also features a digital signage system in its lobby, promoting its products and service while making the customer experience something to remember.
Located on Metaxourgio Square, The Stanley has a total of 374 rooms and suites and 8 conference rooms with the capacity to host up to 150 people. Guests will also find an indoor parking garage, a fitness center, and a Swedish sauna ideal for relaxag after a long day.
The hotel’s pride and joy is “Cloud 9”, which, according to the hotel, is the largest rooftop in the city center. Situated on the 9th floor of The Stanley, the rooftop features a swimming pool, restaurant, and bar, offering stunning views of the Acropolis, Lycabettus, and Athens.
The Stanley Hotel Athens offers guests awarded hospitality services. The hotel was honored as one of the top at the 2023 World Luxury Hotel Awards, demonstrating its dedication to quality in the hospitality sector.
