Now, this isn’t just any ordinary ice cream sandwich. Best Buy is specifically giving away a HALO Astronaut Ice Cream, which is described as “the original chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate wafers that you can enjoy on Earth or in space!” The choice of ice cream is clearly related to the space exploration theme of Starfield. However, it is a rather unusual choice for a bonus item, and the accompanying picture doesn’t make it look particularly appetizing.
Unfortunately, if you’re in the UK, you won’t receive the space-themed ice cream sandwich. Furthermore, it seems that Best Buy is exaggerating the value of the item, claiming it is worth $10 when it can actually be purchased elsewhere for $5. Nevertheless, having an incorrectly valued ice cream sandwich is better than not having one at all, I suppose.
With less than two months remaining until the release of Starfield, the game will finally be available on Xbox Series X/S and PC on September 6. However, if you have pre-ordered the Premium Edition, you will have the opportunity to play it five days early, starting on September 1. This early access is quite generous for such a highly anticipated RPG.
During the Not-E3 event, Bethesda unveiled the $300 Constellation Edition, which is $200 more expensive than the Premium Edition. The Constellation Edition includes a stylish Chronomark Watch with a special case, early access to the Shattered Space DLC, a Constellation skin pack, an art book, and the soundtrack. It’s definitely a luxurious package for die-hard Starfield fans.
