The latest set of Dragon Ball Super Card Game, known as Wild Resurgence, introduces Super Saiyan Gohan after his intense training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
Bandai has released some details about the upcoming expansion of the Dragon Ball Super Card Game. Initially, it was believed that the set would be named “Zenkai Series – Resurgence,” based on early promotional materials. However, it has now been confirmed that the official title of the set is “Zenkai Series – Wild Resurgence.” This expansion is the fourth in the Zenkai Series and the 21st main series set in the Dragon Ball Super Card Game. Notably, it will feature a God Rare card for the first time since the Bardock GDR from the September 2022 release of “Dawn of the Z-Legends.” The set will also include content from the Golden Frieza Saga, the movie “Dead Zone” featuring Garlic Jr., and The Cell Games. Today, we are revealing another Leader card from Zenkai Series – Wild Resurgence.
The latest Leader card revealed from Wild Resurgence is the villainous Imperfect Cell, representing the Green-section of the set. The newly revealed heroic Leader card features Son Gohan on the front before he enters the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Flipping the card over to the Awaken side reveals SS Son Gohan, The Results of Fatherly Training. This showcases Gohan’s transformation into a Super Saiyan after training with Goku in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, impressing Goku with his potential to surpass the Super Saiyan form.
