The earlier reported DNS outage affecting TIME Internet customers has been resolved – officially as of 7.35pm – with most customers reporting full access restored by 9pm. Customers who are still having connectivity issues have been advised to restarts their routers.
In a statement posted on TIME Internet’s Facebook page, they confirmed that both their primary and secondary DNS servers became unreachable at 5.38pm. They did not provide any details as to the cause of this outage, but switched over to their backup servers by 7.12pm.

The sincere and heartfelt apology, admission of mistakes, as well as a proper explanation of the technical issues causing the outage however made up for all their shortcomings.
Don’t take it too hard on yourself. You did well today. Now, if only all Malaysian ISP’s were this transparent with their network outage statements.
