This reveal is delightfully dark and demonic, making me wonder if the animators were inspired by the arrival of Diablo 4 when they conceptualized Naafiri. We witness Naafiri’s true form as limbs protrude from the blade and take control of the wolf. She appears as a black and red wolf with dagger-like spikes on her shoulders, accompanied by a pack of crimson, hyena-like beasts, ready to obey her command.
As for Naafiri’s gameplay, Riot is currently keeping that information under wraps, except for hinting that she will have a relatively simple loadout, making her an ideal champion for beginners. However, it is highly likely that she will be an assassin who can utilize her pack in battle. I have always been a fan of non-humanoid designs, with Cho’Gath and Kha’Zix being among my personal favorites.
