Rigetti Computing has initiated the Novera™ QPU Partner Program, aiming to foster on-premises quantum computing by establishing an ecosystem of hardware, software, and service providers. The program enables customers to collaborate with partners to construct quantum computers powered by the Novera QPU, meeting their specific needs and research objectives. Founding members include notable companies such as Bluefors, Quantum Machines, Zurich Instruments, Q-CTRL, Strangeworks, Classiq, Horizon Quantum Computing, Trek, and ParTec AG, spanning cryogenics, control systems, software, and integration services.
The Novera QPU, a 9-qubit quantum processing unit, features Rigetti’s advanced Ankaa™-class architecture, manufactured in their dedicated Fab-1 facility. Rigetti has also secured early sales to leading US government labs and Horizon Quantum Computing. The launch of the Novera QPU Partner Program reflects Rigetti’s commitment to advancing on-premises quantum computing capabilities through strategic partnerships and technological innovation.
