A new patch for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart has been released today, bringing exciting updates such as ray tracing support for AMD GPUs, improved ray-traced reflections and shadows, and more.
The latest patch, v1.808.0.0, now enables all ray tracing features on AMD GPUs when using the new Adrenalin Edition 23.10.23.03 driver. As a result, the system requirements have been updated to include recommendations for AMD GPUs.
In addition to the ray tracing support for AMD GPUs, this patch also introduces various visual enhancements, optimizations, and stability improvements based on feedback and data from Nixxes, the game’s developer, gathered through their crash reporting system. - Visual improvements to certain ray-traced reflections and ray-traced shadows.
- Fixed a crash issue occurring when playing the game on legacy CPUs.
- Resolved rare instances of corrupted text appearing on waypoints.
- Addressed visual corruption in UI screens on certain AMD and Intel GPUs.
- Corrected visual corruption in Newsprint and Home Move rendering modes.
- The armor list will no longer jump back to the top after selecting an armor item.
- Various bug fixes, stability improvements, and optimizations.
