What Happened Previously On One Piece?

Momonosuke struggled to create Flame Clouds to help Onigashima as the Fire Festival in the Flower Capital below came to an end. Unfortunately, his efforts were unsuccessful time and time again, and despite his ardent efforts, the island’s descent began as a result of Kaidou’s dwindling Flame Clouds. Meanwhile, Orochi transformed into his Yamata no Orochi form, albeit with just one head left after being released from the confinement of a Seastone nail. He threatened Hiyori for her allying with the group menacingly.

On the Skull Dome’s rooftop, high above, Luffy and Kaidou continued their tense struggle. He harnessed and melded with lightning bolts to strike Kaidou precisely, demonstrating his control over the nearby clouds and lightning. The terrifying Daiitoku Raimei Hakke was just one of the potent assaults that Kaidou used in response to counter. Kaidou emphasized that Haki was more important than Devil Fruits, pointing out that neither Roger nor Oden had Devil Fruits.

Inside the Skull Dome, the allies faced a tough truth: even if Luffy won, Onigashima would fall, risking their lives. But they were determined to sacrifice for Kaidou’s defeat. They backed Luffy with unwavering support. Luffy, fueled by their cheers, got ready for a huge final attack, making his fist as big as Onigashima. He was dedicated to keeping his promise of freeing Wano and trusted Momonosuke with protecting the Flower Capital.
