In this episode, titled “Who’s There?”, Negan and Maggie, played by Lauren Cohan, encounter a group of struggling survivors in Manhattan. These survivors share a common enemy with Negan and Maggie – Zeljko Ivanek’s dangerous Croat, who used to be a member of Negan’s group, The Saviors.
As the Croat’s men raid the meager supplies of the defeated survivor group, Negan reverts to his old ways by brutally murdering one of them in front of the others.
