NACON and KT Racing have unveiled new gameplay and details for Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown, the upcoming open world racing game.
During the presentation, KT Racing Creative Director Alain Jarniou introduced players to the choice between two factions: Sharps and Streets. Each faction has its own headquarters, with the Streets taking over a former nightclub featuring neon lights, while the Sharps have revitalized the restaurant of a luxury hotel to create an atmosphere of tranquility and sophistication.
In Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown, players have the ability to control their customized avatar outside of their car. This feature is available in enclosed areas, such as the Solar Hotel, and offers a wide range of interactions and gameplay opportunities. In the expansive open space, players can observe the best drivers and access various activities.
Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown was initially announced in July 2020. However, NACON and KT Racing have recently announced a delay, with the game now set to launch next year on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X.
