Firehouse Subs, the popular American sub chain, has recently introduced its new app and loyalty program to its customers. The app can now be downloaded from both the App Store and the Play Store, while the loyalty program, which is now available in Canada for the first time, provides exclusive access to new menu items and promotions.
Elie Javice, Chief Digital Officer of Firehouse Subs, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “Our Firehouse Subs guests in Canada warmly welcomed us when we opened our first restaurant in Ontario in 2015. We are thrilled to enhance their experience by offering them convenience and rewards through our new app and loyalty program, including exclusive access to new subs and fantastic deals.”
The primary goal of the app is to simplify the process of ordering Firehouse Subs for Canadian customers. Additionally, the loyalty program grants rewards to customers for every purchase made, whether it’s through the app, website, or in person. Accumulated points can be redeemed for free subs and other exciting rewards.
To celebrate the launch of the app and loyalty program, Firehouse Subs is offering a free medium sub to new loyalty members who make their first purchase through the app or website before October 15th.
