Neon White Receives Physical Release and Exclusive Bonuses
The indie sensation Neon White has garnered a dedicated following since its launch in 2022. To the delight of fans, Angel Matrix, the developer, recently announced that the game will be getting a physical release. Pre-orders for the physical editions, which include exciting extras, are now available.
What’s Included in Neon White’s Physical Edition?
The physical editions for PS5 and Nintendo Switch will be available starting September 12th. If you purchase it from retail stores, you’ll receive a bonus 11 by 17 inches poster by Rebecca Ryan. The price for the physical edition is set at $39.99.
Exclusive iam8bit versions of Neon White are also available for pre-order. These versions, available for both the Switch and PS5, come with a physical copy of the game, five anime-style “character peeker” stickers, music by Machine Girl, and a cover sheet by Rebecca Ryan. The iam8bit exclusive editions are priced at $44.99 and will be released in the fourth quarter of this year.
Xbox players will be pleased to know that a port of Neon White for Xbox Series X/S is in the works. The presence of an ESRB rating for Neon White on Xbox indicates that the developers have not overlooked this platform.
For gamers seeking a unique FPS experience, Neon White is a critically acclaimed title that deserves attention. The physical release is particularly noteworthy in a time when many studios are moving away from physical editions. Remedy Entertainment, for example, currently has no plans for physical releases of Alan Wake 2.
