The potential extension would occur until next week, potentially July 7th. This decision comes as prominent actors have joined forces in a letter to SAG-AFTRA, urging the union not to compromise on their key demands. The release of this letter has added complexity to the ongoing talks. Additionally, an extension is being considered to accommodate the July 4th holiday.
