Amazon Australia has quietly dropped the price of a popular sports smartwatch by 50 per cent for a limited time only. 

The Garmin epix (2nd Gen) has over 500, five star reviews, and has been labelled ‘the best’ smartwatch is now currently on sale for just $849, down from $1,699. 

The highly rated watch is the Sapphire Edition of the range and is available in silver or charcoal grey for the reduced price.
