The Rally Adventure expansion brings a thrilling new “rally experience” to Forza Horizon, introducing three distinct rally teams that will compete across six diverse biomes within the newly introduced Sierra Nueva region. According to the developers, this expansion boasts the largest number of events ever seen in a Forza Horizon expansion. Similar to the Hot Wheels expansion, Rally Adventure will be a paid expansion and will be included in the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-ons Bundle, Premium Edition, and Expansions Bundle. However, players can also purchase the Rally Adventure expansion as a standalone for Rs. 1,299.
With the addition of the Rally Adventure expansion, Forza Horizon 5 ventures into the dusty landscape of Sierra Nueva. Players will encounter familiar characters from the main game, who lead three different rally teams through Dirt and Offroad, Night Rally, and Asphalt Rally events. Once players join a team, they will compete in eight races before facing off in a showdown event against the team leader.
Furthermore, the Rally Adventure expansion introduces 10 new off-road vehicles, new music for the soundtrack, and rally-specific vehicle parts for customization. The events themselves consist of timed point-to-point Horizon Rally stages as well as traditional multi-car Horizon Races. Playground Games has also mentioned that the races in the expansion will feature navigator callouts, staying true to the rally experience. Additionally, new rally-specific HUD elements will be incorporated to enhance the authenticity of rallying, while still maintaining a balance suitable for all players.
