Realme Narzo N53 will launch in India on May 18 as the ‘slimmest Realme smartphone.’ The company released teasers of the handset giving a sneak peek. Leaks suggest that it will be the second Narzo N-series smartphone in the country after the Realme Narzo N55, which introduced a new colour variant last week. As the launch date draws closer, more details are expected to be released.

The company has officially shared some key specifications of the phone through the teaser site and Amazon microsite. The phone measures 7.49mm in thickness and is expected to come in a gold and black colour variant. The company also confirmed that the gold variant will be called California Sunshine with a gold filament coating.

The Realme Narzo N53 has a 5,000mAh battery with 33W SUPERVOOC wired fast charging support, which can charge up to 50% in 34 minutes. Over-temperature protection is available to prevent overheating during charging or prolonged use. More specifications should be revealed in the coming days.

The Realme Narzo N55, which launched in April, starts at Rs.10,999 and has a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 inbuilt storage. It comes in Prime Black and Prime Blue. A 5,000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging support backs the phone. It runs on Android 13 operating system with Realme UI on top.
