Hike Inc. has announced the official release date for their highly anticipated multiplayer co-op top-down sci-fi roguelike action shooter, Anvil. The game will be available on PC starting from July 27th, 2023.
Indie game developer Action Square, in collaboration with publisher Hike Inc., has finally revealed the release date for their upcoming game, Anvil. Initialy launched as Early Access in late 2021, Anvil has received intermittent updates, subtly improving the gameplay experience. Now, the wait for the full version of the game is over, and players can look forward to its release on July 27th, 2023. Accompanying this announcement is a brand new trailer showcasing the exciting additions and enhancements.
“Anvil is an immersive multiplayer co-op top-down sci-fi roguelike action shooter where players take control of characters known as Vault Breakers, venturing into various galaxies teeming with monstrous creatures. Explore Vaults to find relics that enhance the Breakers’ capabilities to survive and combat the perils of this forsaken universe. Anvil is an organization dedicated to locating the “Vaults,” remnants of alien civilizations scattered throughout the cosmos. As a “Breaker,” it is your mission to search for these Vaults and unravel the mysteries of the unknown galaxy. Each galaxy is comprised of randomly generated planets and formidable boss monsters. By conquering these monsters and unlocking the Vaults, you will harness the astonishing powers that lie within.”
- All-new PvP Mode: Excitingly, the latest addition to Anvil is a heart-pounding Player-versus-Player mode, allowing Breakers to engage in thrilling battles and compete to be the first to win three rounds.
- Practice Mode: Designed specifically for new players, this mode provides a safe environment free from danger, enabling Breakers to familiarize themselves with the game mechanics and controls.
- Galaxy Mode: In this mode, Breakers can embark on an epic journey through vast galaxies, progressing in a sequential order to discover and replicate various relics.
- Season Challenge Mode: With ANVIL’s array of unique planets, this mode offers players the opportunity to choose their preferred planets to explore. By overcoming higher difficulty levels, players can earn Challenge Badges as recognition of their accomplishments.
