ZTE Launched Blade X Max With 6-Inch Display, Android 7.1.1 Nougat


Shenzhen-based handset manufacturer ZTE on Thursday updated their Blade series smartphone catalogue by launching a new handset called, the ZTE Blade X Max in the USA. The new smartphone from the company runs the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat and priced at $149.99 (roughly Rs. 9,600). ZTE Blade X Max will be made available with Cricket Wireless online and through retail stores starting Friday. ZTE Blade X Max is a budget phone but it comes with power pack performance in terms of entertainment, photography and productivity.

Comenting on launch Mr. Lixin Cheng, executive vice president, ZTE Corporation, CEO of ZTE Mobile Devices and Chairman of ZTE USA.Said, “The Blade series has been very successful overseas for the past eight years and we are excited to bring it to Cricket Wireless customers here in the US through the ZTE Blade X Max,” he also added “Exemplifying what our affordable premium product strategy is, the ZTE Blade X Max pushes the envelope in terms of price and features without ever sacrificing quality,”

Coming on specification the ZTE Blade X Max runs on Android latest operating system 7.0 Nougat and sports a large 6” full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) LCD display protected by Dragontrail glass. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor, Blade X Max offers 2GB RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

Talking about optics, the Blade X Max comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash. On the front side, there is a 5MP camera for taking selfies and video calling. In term of multimedia, ZTE Blade X Max comes with Dolby Audio™ technology that provides premium sound to user while listening to music, watching videos and playing games on the device.

Cconnectivity options of  ZTE Blade X Max includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C. The smartphone packed with a 3400mAh battery that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0. ZTE Blade X Max also features a fingerprint sensor at the backside, which can be use to unlock the device and can also monitor heart rate, The smartphone measures 165.1×83.06×9.4mm and weighs 196 grams.
