Zopo on Wednesday has launched new Flash X1 and Flash X2 budget-centric smartphones at Rs 6,999 and Rs 8,999 respectively. Both the smartphones come in Coral Blue, Alien Black and Citrine Gold colour options and will be available to purchase in October.
The main highlight of the Zopo smartphones is their Infinity display with nearly bezel less design with 18:9 aspect ratio and 83 percent screen-to-body ratio. Company claims them to be the cheapest smartphones in India to offer an 18:9 display. The devices also feature a metal frame and poly-carbonate body.
Zopo Flash X1
The Zopo Flash X1 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and sports a 5.5” HD (1280 x 640 pixels) IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio and a 2.5D curved glass on the top. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz 64-bit quad-core MT6737 processor coupled with Mali-T720 GPU. It offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. The device is fueled by a 2,500mAh battery.
Zopo Flash X2
Coming on Zopo Flash X2, it also X1 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and sports a 5.99” HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio and a 2.5D curved glass on the top. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5GHz 64-bit quad-core MT6737T processor coupled with Mali-T720 GPU. It offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. The device is fueled by a 3380mAh battery.
On the camera front, both Zopo Flash X1 and Zopo Flash X2 comes with an 8MP primary camera with Sony’s IMX219 sensor and f/2.4 aperture along with LED flash. On the front, there is a 5MP camera with f/2.2 aperture and soft LED flash.
Connectivity options of both the devices include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM. There is also a circular shaped fingerprint sensor placed at the back.
