Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Indian Variant Colour Options and Storage Leaked


After launching Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro in Thailand last month, Xiaomi is now expected to launch the smartphone in India next month. Ahead of the official launch, colour options and storage variants of the smartphone has been leaked. Redmi Note 6 Pro is the first smartphone from Xiaomi to feature dual rear as well as dual front camera configurations.

As per the report, Xiaomi will launch the Redmi Note 6 Pro in Rose Gold, Black, Lake Blue and Red colour options and expected to launch in India in variants like 4GB RAM with 64 GB storage and 6GB RAM with 64 GB storage. Notably, Xiaomi has only launched 4GB variant of the smartphone in Thailand in September last week.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Specifications

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro runs MIUI 9 based on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. It sports a 6.26” full-HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) 19:9 IPS LCD full-screen display with 86 percent screen-to-body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top. The smartphone is powered by a 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 509 GPU. It offers 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded via a hybrid microSD card slot.

For photography, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a combination of a 12MP primary sensor with 1.4μm pixels, f/1.9 aperture and a 5MP secondary sensor to capture depth information. On the front, it has another dual camera setup with a combination of a 20MP primary Sony IMX376 sensor with 1.8μm pixels, f/2.0 aperture and 2MP secondary sensor equipped with AI features like beautification, AI portrait 2.0, and AI face unlock.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery. Connectivity options include Dual-SIM support, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS, A-GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, and micro-USB 2.0 port. The phone measures 157.9 x 76.38 x 8.2mm.
