Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro Official Renders Revealed the Notch Display and Colour Variants


Xiaomi is scheduled to launch the Redmi 6 Pro along with Mi Pad 4 on June 25 in China. Now ahead of the official launch, Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro has popped via its official renders on company’s Weibo handle which not only reveals its design but also confirms its color variants.

As per the renders, Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro will be arriving in Rose Gold, Sand Gold, Lake Blue, Black and Flame Red colour options. The smartphone sports an iPhone X-like notch on the top of the display and has a big chin on the bottom with thin side bezels. From the rear, the device looks exactly similar to the Redmi Note 5 Pro with its dual rear camera setup. It will also have a fingerprint scanner at the back. While the power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge, the SIM card can be found on the left edge.

From previous leaks, the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro runs on MIUI 9.6 based on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. It will feature a 5.84” Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) display with 19:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will be powered by a 2.0 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor coupled with
Adreno 506 GPU. It will offer 2GB/ 3GB/ 4GB of RAM with 16GB/ 32GB/ and 64GB of internal storage respectively.

For photography, the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro comes equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a combination of a 12MP primary and a 5MP secondary sensor with LED flash support for better lowlight capturing. On the front, it will have a 5MP shooter for selfies and video calls.

The Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro is fulled by a 4,000mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, IR Blaster, 3.5mm audio jack, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. There is no information available on the pricing of the device. Stay tuned with TechnoCodex for more updates.
