Experience a Year of Retro Gaming with Antstream Arcade on Xbox
Antstream Arcade, the premier retro cloud streaming platform, is thrilled to announce that its extensive library of officially licensed retro games will be available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S later this month. What sets this apart is that games previously exclusive to Sony or Nintendo platforms will now be playable on Xbox through Antstream’s service.
With a collection that spans all the way back to the Commodore era, players can enjoy these retro titles without the need for installation or downloads. Additionally, Antstream will continuously add more officially licensed retro titles to their ever-growing library each week.

Antstream Arcade is already available on various platforms such as PC, Mac, Linux, Android, Android TV, Firestick, Samsung TV, and web browsers. However, the upcoming release on Xbox will mark the first time the retro collection is accessible natively on consoles. Antstream CEO Steve Cottam developed this service out of his desire to easily access and share the games he cherished from his youth.
“Despite living in an age of remarkable technology, I discovered that it wasn’t convenient enough to access the games I grew up loving. I wanted a simple way to share scores and compete against friends,” stated Cottam in a press release. “We believe in preserving and providing accessibility to all games, both well-known and obscure. I am exceedingly proud to bring the Antstream Arcade platform to the Xbox community.”
Aside from the extensive retro catalog, Antstream Arcade offers players the chance to participate in tournaments, engaging in duels and community battles. You can earn achievements, connect with others, and showcase your accolades through your profile.
Antstream Arcade will launch later this month with an annual subscription price of $29.99 or a lifetime access option for $79.99, which includes all future games and features added to the service. Additionally, Antstream Arcade will host a live stream on July 14 to unveil new games and provide a glimpse of what’s to come. The service will be available in Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, and the Vatican City.
