Where to Find Satellite Stations in Fortnite Season 7

One Fortnite Season 7 Week 2 quest tasks players with destroying 15 pieces of equipment at Satellite Stations. There are seven Stations to visit.

Many of the Epic and Legendary Quests in Fortnite Season 7 deal specifically with the alien invasion taking place on the island, and players can thwart some of the Imagined Order’s plans by destroying equipment at Satellite Stations. Satellite Stations are new POIs that were established across the island by the IO to monitor alien activities during the invasion. There are seven Satellite Stations in Fortnite Season 7, and each is considered a Landmark with a special name. One Week 2 Epic Quest from Abstrakt tasks players with visiting one or two of these locations and destroying 15 pieces of equipment, both in and outside of the buildings. Completing this quest will reward players 30,000 XP toward their Fortnite Season 7 Battle Pass.

Most of the Satellite Stations in Fortnite Season 7 can be found on the north or south coasts of the island. They can be fairly heavily guarded by IO operatives, so players will need to make sure to visit only when they are properly equipped to avoid facing a quick elimination. Players will also need to visit Satellite Stations during Week 2 of Fortnite Season 7 to step on a Body Scanner, find IO Tech Weapons, and damage an IO Guard as part of the Week 2 Legendary Quest. Here’s how to find Satellite Stations in Fortnite Season 7 and destroy equipment inside.

Equipment inside a Satellite Station in Fortnite Season 7

Players can easily identify Satellite Stations in Fortnite Season 7 based on the giant satellite dishes prominently displayed at the top of each building. These satellite dishes contain a glowing, red light in the center that is visible from some distance, making Satellite Stations less difficult to find.

The seven Satellite Stations in Fortnite Season 7 can be found in the following places:

  • Deep Woods Dish: On the east side of Stealthy Stronghold
  • Dinky Dish: On a hill southeast of Craggy Cliffs
  • Dockside Dish: Near the lake southeast of Corny Complex and southwest of Dirty Docks
  • Defiant Dish: West of Weeping Woods
  • Destined Dish: On the Mountain northeast of Bunker Jonesy’s location at Lumber Lodge and southeast of Misty Meadows
  • Dampy Dish: At the southwest corner of Slurpy Swamp
  • Discovery Dish: On the west coast of the island, northwest of Believer Beach

Fortnite IO Tech Weapons

There are a few ways for players to destroy equipment at any of these Satellite Stations. Inside any of the main buildings, there will be computers, screens, servers, security cameras, and other important tech. Players can use their harvesting tool to destroy any of these. They may also be able to destroy smaller dishes at some of the stations.

Many of these stations are patrolled by IO Guards. Thankfully, players should be able to find Chests and loot easily at a Satellite Station and get some decent weapons, including IO Tech Weapons, to use when fighting the IO Guards. To ensure they are prepared, players could also land near but not directly at one of the Satellite Stations from the Battle Bus to grab at least some gear ahead of their infiltration.

Once players destroy 15 pieces of equipment at any of the Satellite Stations in Fortnite Season 7, they will receive 30,000 XP toward their Battle Pass. While at a Satellite Station, they should look for the Body Scanner in the security shed and complete that Legendary Quest as well, if it is active, for another easy 30,000 XP.
