Valorant 1.0 Launches in India, Europe with a Game Mode and Map

Riot Games’ new free-to-play online first-person shooter title – Valorant is now available in India with most of the Asia-Pacific, and Oceania. In addition to these regions, Valorant is also available now in Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and North Africa (MENA), Russia, and other Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) having gone live at 7 AM CET / 6 AM BST.

Apart from these regions, this title will be also going live in North America (including the US), Latin America, and South America at 5 AM PDT / 8 AM EDT. The official twitter handle of Valorant gave all these launch dates and time with their respective regions. With its launch, the name of the game’s first episode is “Ignition” that comes with a new map “Ascent” that sets into Italy.

Well, if you are out of these regions or waiting for the game to come online in your region, you might be thinking of using a VPN to tunnel to the regions where it already launched to play this game. If that’s the case with you, Riot Games has already noted that it’s not “supporting regional transfers”. That would also affect your server and ping value, so it’s not recommended anyway.
