Back in November 2019, Twitter announced that it is experimenting with a Schedule Tweet feature on its web app. And now, after testing it for almost six months, the company has finally released this feature on its web app.
Twitter says you can now schedule tweets right from the main web app. From now, when you compose a new tweet, you will see a small calendar icon on the bottom row of icons at the bottom of the compose window. On clicking that, you have to set parameters for when you want this tweet to be published.

Until now, Twitter users were dependent on some third-party platforms like Tweetdeck to schedule their tweets. But now, people can directly schedule their tweets right from the web app.
Twitter says you can also now save draft tweets in the web app. However, Twitter also mentioned that the drafts you write on the web app will only sync to other instances of the web app, meaning drafts written in Twitter’s mobile app won’t sync to the web.
