Swipe Elite 2 Plus (2017) with 4G VoLTE and 8MP Camera Launched at Rs 3,999


Swipe on Friday has launched another budget-centric smartphone named the Swipe Elite 2 Plus 2017. The smartphone comes with the price tag of Rs. Rs. 3,999 and will be exclusively available via Snapdeal.

The main highlight of the smartphone is 4G VoLTE connectivity and competitive specifications at the pocket friendly price. The smartphone is made up with polycarbonate body, on the front there are three capacitive navigation buttons, the volume rocker and power button are placed on the right edge of the device.

The Swipe Elite 2 Plus 2017 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and sports a 5” FWVGA (640×480 pixels)display. The device is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, series is not mentioned by the company but keeping the price point in a mind we can expect it could be a 200-series SoC. It offers 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

In terms of photography, the Swipe Elite 2 Plus 2017 comes with an 8MP primary camera with auto-focus and LED flash support for better low-light capturing. On the front there is a 5MP front facing camera for taking selfies and making video calls.

The smartphone is fueled by a 3000mAh non-removable battery. Connectivity options include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB OTG, FM Radio, 3.5mm audio port, and MicroUSB 2.0 port. The device measures 145 x 72.8 x 9.9 mm and weighs 150 grams.
