In just a little over a month, Oscar-winning filmmaker Steven Soderbergh will debut his highly-anticipated limited series, Full Circle, on the newly-launched Max. The crime-thriller, set in New York City, follows an attempted kidnapping that unravels a web of secrets connecting its diverse characters and cultures. With a star-studded cast taking on leading roles, including Zazie Beetz and Claire Danes, and Soderbergh behind the camera, Full Circle promises to be a complex and ambitious project. The show’s new poster features most of the main characters encircling a hooded figure, emphasizing the connections that bind them. Timothy Olyphant and Dennis Quaid play the husband and likely father, respectively, of Danes’ character, while Jim Gaffigan is connected to Beetz’s role as her supervisor at the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. The all-star cast also includes Jharrel Jerome, CCH Pounder, and Phaldut Sharma, among others. Full Circle’s cast and creators have quite a few awards to their names, and their desire for a strong, talented cast is evident. Soderbergh is directing, with No Sudden Move collaborator Ed Solomon writing the series’ script. The show will debut on Max on July 13th with two episodes and continue with weekly installments culminating in a two-part finale on July 27th. Check out the new poster below before the premiere.
