Scheana’s Fiancé Feels Like He ‘Abandoned’ His Kids

Scheana Shay’s fiancé Brock Davies finally revealed some truth behind his previous marriage on this week’s episode of Vanderpump Rules.

Scheana Shay’s fiancé Brock Davies finally revealed some truth behind his previous marriage on this week’s episode of Vanderpump Rules. Scheana’s love life never seems to go forward without a little drama. Fans of the show have watched the new mom go from a mistress in a love triangle to a heartbroken divorcée to a puppy-eyed girlfriend just looking for her partner in life. Scheana has never been one to shy away from going all in, but she seems to have finally found the one in the Australian hunk.

Brock just had this third child with Scheana in April of this year. Their daughter, Summer Moon Davies, was considered a rainbow baby after Scheana’s tragic miscarriage in 2020. The 6-month-old is one of the many babies to be born to the past and present cast members over the last year. A few months after welcoming their bundle of joy, engagement rumors starting making waves through the media. They happy couple confirmed the news in July. While promoting the current season, the focus of interviews have been their future wedding plans, however, the time has come for Scheana, who signed a pre-nup before their engagement, to address the elephant in the room.

In Tuesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, Scheana and Lala Kent’s daughters met for the very first time. During the greeting of sleeping babies, Scheana and Brock opened up to Lala and her fiancé Randall Emmett about his previous family, noting he hasn’t seen his first two children, Eli and Winter, since he moved to America and split with their mother four years prior. Though the time gap is shocking, Brock literally made Lala’s jaw drop when he confirmed he actually hasn’t had any contact with his kids in those years as he hasn’t gotten the chance to even FaceTime them in Australia. Later in the conversation, Brock admitted he didn’t deserve to have any contact with his family because he felt like he “did abandon” them. “I felt like I needed to like accept it because I was the one who moved to America, you know. I moved over here,” he said.

In a confessional, Brock gave a little more background to his shocking past, revealing he had his first child when he was only 20 years old. Though he admits he was “a different person” back then, it still weighs heavy on him that he hasn’t seen his children since he dropped them off at Denver airport and got a goodbye photo. In her own confessional, Scheana attempted to defend her man by noting “there’s a lot more” to the story, and Brock’s lack of contact is “not for lack of trying.” Scheana then reminded viewers that he moved to this country in the first place in order to provide a better life for his family.

Though Brock and his ex have both since moved on, the kids shouldn’t have to suffer. It also seems as though there’s a lot more to this story as Scheana alluded to a fight between her and Brock’s ex over the name of their daughter. Brock’s ex allegedly got all up in arms over Summer’s name because his first daughter is named Winter, and the pattern made it seem like he’s trying to replace her. Either way, Vanderpump Rules fans are in for a dramatic treat this season as this story continues to unfold.
