Samsung makes fun of iPhone 12; tells Apple to ‘Think Bigger’

After every new iPhone launch, rival Samsung is known to come up with new ways to mock Apple. And with the new iPhone 12 series launch, Samsung has literally told Apple to ‘Think Bigger’ while flaunting its third foldable smartphone– Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G in advertisements. As per a report by ZDNet, Samsung’s Dutch arm posted a series of billboards boasting how advanced the new Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G is when compared to the iPhone 12 series.
Not to forget Samsung has already mocked Apple for not providing a charging adapter and free earphones inside the boxes of the iPhone 12 handsets. Samsung even made fun of Apple for being late to join the 5G party. Soon after the launch of iPhone 12, Samsung has shared a post on microblogging site Twitter that reads “Some people are just saying hi to speed now, we’ve been friends for a while. Get your Galaxy 5G device now.”
Interestingly, Samsung had earlier mocked Apple for including the notch display and removing the 3.5mm headphone jack. However, Samsung was quick to follow Apple and it ultimately removed the headphone jack from its flagship phones after a couple of years and even included a smaller notch in its display which it calls Infinity O or V depending on the design.
Surprisingly, reports claim that Samsung may again take inspiration from Apple and remove box contents like earphones and charging adapter as well.
Meanwhile, talking about the new advertisement posted by the company’s Dutch arm, it showcases a graffiti artist walking up to a Galaxy Z Fold 2 billboard that is captioned ‘Think Different’ (which actually belongs to Apple). The artist cuts across the word ‘Different’ with spray paint and replaces it with the word ‘Bigger’ with special focus on the ‘i’. Here’s the video below:
