The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 is all set to launch on the 5th of August. But just before its launch, a leak surfaced online revealing the color variants of this smartwatch. The official-looking renders show the smartwatch in three color tone variants – Black/Silver model, a pale Blue/Grey and also a Pink/Gold/Beige looking models.
Apart from these three, there is also a special Armour Edition of the smartwatch which should be offered in Black with Grey or Black color straps. As of now, there is nothing mentioned about Watch Active 2. But as from the later predictions, the Watch Active 2 will come with a touch bezel which will be allowing for a way to navigate the UI without much problem.
As for the specifications, the Watch Active 2 will feature a Super AMOLED display with 360 x 360 pixels resolutions. It will be available in two different models, one being a 40mm watch which will have a 1.2-inch screen while the bigger 44mm watch will be coming with a 1.4-inch panel. This watch will come with 768 MB of RAM and 4GB of inbuilt storage.
Apart from this, the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 will be fuelled by a 247mAh battery for the base model while the bigger one will have a 340mAh battery. It is also expected the Watch Active 2 might come with Wi-Fi only and LTE variants along with Gorilla Glass protection to protect the screen from falls and scratches. Also, it is also covered with MIL-STD 810G certification and also its 5ATM water resistance.
As of now, only this much of information is available about this smartwatch. We might gather a few more details as soon as we move further to the launch date of this watch.
