Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus Memory Configuration Leak

Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus memory configuration has been leaked via Chinese micro blogging site Weibo. The leak claims that the Galaxy S9 will be available in 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options. While the Galaxy S9+ will come in 6GB RAM and 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB variants. The leak also reveals that Samsung could also bring a 512GB storage variant, though it might be limited to select markets only.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are expected to be announced at Mobile World Congress in February and will go on sale in March 2018.

Meanwhile, we have got a separate leak revealing the front panel of the device. Similar to previous rumors, the Leak image suggest that the upcoming smartphones will follow similar design language as their predecessor. However, the bottom bezel will be smaller than the one found in both S8 and S8+.

From previous leaks, the Galaxy S9 is expected to feature a 5.8” QHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio, while the Galaxy S9+ will feature a 6.2”display. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 845/ Exynos 9810 processors coupled with 4GB/6GB of RAM.  Recently Samsung has also announced the world’s first 512GB eUFS storage chips that should appear on the next phones as well.

Following Apple’s footstep, Samsung is also planning to launch Galaxy S9 with a single rear camera while the S9+ will reportedly have dual rear camera setup. Industry sources also claim Samsung is working on a rear camera that can shoot at 1,000 frames per second. Stay tuned with TechnoCodex for more details.
