Samsung Galaxy S10 Explodes in Korea, Company Denies

The South Korean Giant, Samsung has been facing many issues with its new-generation smartphones. Back in the year 2017, the company had faced a lot of troubles with the Galaxy Note 7 Smartphones. The same issue is persisting with the latest, Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone. The new Galaxy S10 5G Model is reportedly exploded in Korea.

A Korean User who got his device exploded and burnt, took to an official forum of the company and posted the pictures of its Galaxy S10 5G device. As per his statement, he found that the device got lit up by itself and dropped it. When the device got dropped, it exploded and burnt out itself.

This is a major issue on the device as the Galaxy Note 7 had an issue with the Charging port and battery. While, in this case, it seems to be a big problem from the South Korean giant. The above images show how the phone got burnt actually. The damaged Galaxy S10 5G can be seen in the images shared by the user himself.

After this issue, the user reached to a nearby Samsung Care Center where he described what has actually happened with the device. Unfortunately, Samsung’s Service Center didn’t recognize this issue and he didn’t receive a replacement or refund for this unknown issue with the device. Samsung has refused to refurbish the device as it’s quite an expensive one.

Samsung’s newly launched Galaxy S10 smartphones are the world’s first smartphones to come with 5G communication support. This is the first case in their Galaxy S10 smartphones.

If the reports are to be believed, Samsung will definitely do the needful for this user. However, we have to accept the fact that this is the first ever case in the entire world. Samsung will wait for other users if they have any such issues in their devices. Samsung will also investigate this matter deeply and will come to the conclusion.

Samsung will soon release an official statement regarding this matter and we will update it here you.
