NEW DELHI: It seems that Samsung is all set to launch its latest Galaxy M series smartphone in India. It is expected that the company might soon launch the Galaxy M42 smartphone in India. The yet-to-launch smartphone recently received BIS certification which hints that the device will soon land in the Indian market. It is also said that the smartphone will come with a 64MP primary camera.
It is also expected that the Samsung Galaxy M42 might be backed by a 6000 mAh battery like the other Galaxy M-series smartphone. It is also said that the smartphone might come in only one storage option of 128GB. The Samsung Galaxy M42 is expected to be powered by an octa-core processor.
Recently, Samsung slashed the price of its BTS Edition of the Galaxy S20+ smartphone in India. Launched at Rs 87,999, the smartphone has received a price cut of Rs 10,000. After the price cut you can purchase the handset at Rs 77,990.
The Galaxy S20+ BTS Edition comes with pre-installed BTS-inspired themes and a fan community platform, Weverse. Right in the box, the device comes with decorative stickers.
The handset comes with a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic Amoled 2X display with up to 120Hz refresh rate support and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. The device comes with two RAM and storage options– 8GB/ 128GB and 12GB/512GB.
The Galaxy S20+ sports a quad-camera setup which comprises a 64MP telephoto with F2.0 aperture, 12MP Wide-angle with F1.8 aperture, 12MP ultra-wide with F2.2 aperture and a Depth sensor. There’s also a 10MP selfie shooter in the front.
