Samsung Galaxy Fold Successor Edition Teased

Back in February, the South Korean giant, Samsung unveiled its first foldable smartphone named Samsung Galaxy Fold. However, the smartphone was not successfully launched due to some issues with its dual-screen design. After fixing the design and bugs, the phone has been launched successfully again and it is doing well in the market.

Today, we have got some interesting news about the successor edition of the Galaxy Fold smartphone. Yes, Samsung’s next foldable smartphone got teased and it looks awesome and smarter than the previous edition.

Samsung has teased this new Foldable phone during the Samsung Developer Conference 2019. The company has teased a new clamshell folding-screen form factor. The teaser shows off how these new screens will fold and unfold.

As per the teaser video, the new Foldable device will be unfolded vertically and when folded, the design will become square. The same device will feature a Punch-hole front-facing camera i.e. the Selfie shooter camera. Check out the official teaser video released by Samsung at a Conference from here.

If you closely watch the video, then you can see that Samsung has compared the current edition and the next edition of its Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphones. The all-new Clamshell design and its sized showcased in the video when folded and when unfolded.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Fold will carry the code number SM-F700F with a codename Bloom. The device sports a 6.7 Inch display when unfolded and 1-inch cover display for notifications, time and date.

Interestingly, the reports claim that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphone will be cheaper than the existing edition. If we believe the reports, then the new generation of Samsung Galaxy Fold will be unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2020.

Samsung has just introduced its new generation powerful processor called Exynos 990 Processor with 5G LTE compatibility. We could expect to see the same Chipset in the next generation Galaxy Fold smartphone.

Unfortunately, we are unable to catch the additional details about this edition as Samsung didn’t disclose any further details during the conference. We would get to see more updates on this device in the coming days.
