Samsung has delayed the Galaxy Fold launch event after getting reports of display issues in its latest Galaxy Fold phone. Samsung has sent its Galaxy Fold phone to some of the reviewers to review its latest flagship, however, some of the reviewers reported that the display of the Galaxy Fold breaks just in few days of usage.
Just after getting such reports Samsung passed a statement that they will thoroughly check all affected device. However, the latest reports reveal that Samsung has postponed the launch event of the Galaxy Fold which was scheduled to take place on April 23 and April 24 in Hong Kong and China respectively.
According to some reviewers, Samsung Galaxy Folds is the world’s most expensive smartphone priced at $1,980 which is breaking just after a couple of days of usage which is quite unsatisfactory. Even some of the tech reviewers reported the bulges and screen blinking issue in the Galaxy Fold raising questions on the durability of the phone.
As of now, there is no view that how these negative reviews will impact the sales of Galaxy Fold, but it will sure give a negative impact on it, even for now until Samsung fixes these issues completely.
Samsung Galaxy Fold features a 7.3-inch Infinity Flex Display with a 1536 x 2152 pixels resolution. It also features a feature called Three-app Multitasking which allows the user to run three apps at the same time while being on the tablet mode. While it gets folded to make a portable phone it features a 4.6-inch 840 x 1960 display.
All of the above, this is a major concern for Samsung to fix out this issue so as regain the credibility on its Samsung Galaxy Fold. As of now, there is no word from the company about the next date of the launch event in Hong Kong and in China. However, we may expect to get it soon.
