Samsung Galaxy A8+ 2018 Hands on Video Leaked


The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A8+ 2018 has been seen earlier in many leaks, now hands-on video of the device appeared on YouTube. The video showcases the entire specs and design of the smartphone. As rumored earlier, the Samsung Galaxy A8+ 2018 sports an Infinity Display design like the Galaxy S8 and S8+ flagship phones.

The Samsung Galaxy A8+ 2018 sports a 6” S-AMOLED Full-HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio along with a 2.5D curved glass on top similar to the Galaxy S8 duo. The smartphone is powered by the 2.2 GHz octa-core Exynos 7885 SoC. It offers 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be further expanded via microSD card.

For photography, the Samsung Galaxy A8+ 2018 comes equipped with a  dual selfie camera with a combination of a 16MP and 8MP lenses. On the back, it has a 16 MP camera with f/1.7 aperture and will be equipped with Optical Image Stabilization.

The smartphone is fueled by a 3,500mAh battery that will carry support for fast charging through USB-C. It will carry support for Samsung Pay through MST and NFC. To unlock the device there is a vertically mounted fingerprint scanner placed under the rear camera along with face unlock feature. It will be an IP68 certified device for dust and water-resistant. There will also be a dedicated button for launching Bixby assistant. It measures 159.9 x 75.7 x 8.3mm.
