Samsung is gearing up to launch its latest mid-range Galaxy A51 smartphone in its ‘A series’ 2020 lineup at an event in Vietnam on December 12th. We have already seen many renders of the Galaxy A51 including the official teaser by the company abut the punch-hole display of Galaxy A51 and other smartphones in the queue. But just before the official announcement of this smartphone, the promo video, and images of the phone have surfaced along with complete specifications.
Samsung Galaxy A51 – Leaked Specifications
According to the latest leak, the Samsung Galaxy A51 will come with a 6.5-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED screen. Under the hood, the phone will be powered by an octa-core (Quad 2.3GHz + Quad 1.7GHz) Exynos 9611 10nm processor with Mali-G72 GPU.
The Galaxy A51 will be coming in two variants – 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB variants. The inbuilt storage can be expanded further up to 512GB via a microSD card.
In the imaging department, the Samsung Galaxy A51 is expected to come with a quad-rear camera setup that includes a 48MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, 12MP ultra-wide angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, 5MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 5MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, there will be a 32MP selfie shooter that houses inside the punch-hole display.
Apart from this, the Galaxy A51 is said to be running on Android 9.0 (Pie) with Samsung One UI on the top. It will come with a Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD). Connectivity options on the phone include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm audio jack.
It will come with a standard suite of sensors including an in-display fingerprint scanner. Last but not least, the Galaxy A51 is said to come with a 4000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy A51 is said to come in Prism Crush White, Black, Pink and Blue colors. We should know the price when the phone goes official next Thursday.
