Samsung seems to be working on 5G models of Galaxy A12. Case renders of the upcoming phone have appeared online. As shared by SlashLeaks, the leaked renders show a square shaped camera module on the back with a water drop style notch on the front. The rear camera system appears to have four sensors.
The images also hint at a side mounted fingerprint scanner and a speaker griller at the bottom edge. The bottom side may also have a 3.5mm headphone jack with a USB Type-C port for charging. The overall design looks similar to the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G smartphone.
A recent leak suggested that the Galaxy A12 may have a 4G variant also. It is unclear whether the duo will have similar design or vary in design. The 4G model is rumored to be powered by MediaTek Helio P35 SoC chipset. It may pack up to 64GB internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy A12 with 4G support was recently spotted on benchmark site Geekbench. The handset is expected to run on Android 10 operating system and is said to pack up to 3GB of RAM. The phone may come in two storage models- 32GB and 64GB.
