Redmi Note 8 Pro to come with Liquid cooling, 64MP camera, and some gaming accessories: Details teased


Xiaomi’s Redmi brand gearing up to reveal its upcoming flagship smartphone from the Note series. The company has started teasing the features of the upcoming Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone. Xiaomi has taken care of every aspect to give a tough fight to all the gaming smartphones with the Redmi Note 8 Pro. The company has shared an image today showing the gamepad and noted that the Note 8 Pro will support gaming accessories. 

Along with the gaming accessories, the Redmi Note 8 Pro will come with all the features that most of the gaming smartphones have including smooth gaming in high frame rates, liquid cooling,  network optimization, smooth touchscreen experience, and long battery life.

Past week, the company has already confirmed that the Redmi Note 8 Pro will come with the support of liquid cooling. Today, Xiaomi has shared a new image and claimed that liquid cooling will reduce the temperature of the phone by 4 to 6 degrees as compared to other models that don’t have it when gaming.

Also, the company has shared an image showing the AnTuTu 8 benchmarking score of MediaTek Helio G90T, Snapdragon 710, and Kirin 810 SoC. Out of these three, HilSilicon Kirin 810 scored the most proving itself the most powerful and productive among three. 

As for the phone’s 64-megapixel camera, Redmi GM said that the camera will offer an image resolution of 9248×6936, which is about 34% more optical information than the of 48-megapixels offerings. This is about twice the resolution of the future 8K, 7.7 times that of 4K Ultra HD and will offer 25 times clear and sharp images than that of 1080P Full HD. In his statement, he also noted that there is no need for a telephoto lens on Note 8 Pro as users can use 64-megapixel mode to capture and crop images later which will offer output that is near-perfect to optical zoom.

Apart from this, the phone will come with 1/1.7-inch photosensitive components, which the largest mobile phone camera sensor on a smartphone. Also, the Redmi Note 8 Pro offers night mode similar to earlier Redmi phones with support four-in-one pixel binning.

We will get more details about the Redmi Note 8 series as close we move towards its launch date that is scheduled to August 29th.
